Posting an item to the VeriTread Marketplace is free of charge and no fees will be collected unless you accept a bid from one of our trusted transport providers.  

If you are an IronPlanet customer go to VeriTread’s login page.  Click Forgot Password.  Next, enter your IronPlanet email address and select Recover Password.

To ensure you get the best pricing and everything runs smoothly, we suggest you log in to your account and validate that your item's dimensions, pickup, and drop-off details are accurate. If you see any discrepancies, please correct them immediately or let VeriTread’s Customer Support team know and they handle the corrections for you.  
 
Keep in mind that any changes made to the pickup or drop-off location will cancel all existing bids, but providers can re-submit quotes based on the updated address. Once you post your item on our website, you'll quickly receive competing bids from our network of vetted transportation providers.  We make it easy to review each company's performance ratings and freight history, so you can make an informed decision that fits your needs. 

This central location is where you track, manage, and edit your shipments. Quickly see your enterprise’s full freight picture from a single view. This leads to better decision making, and improved truck utilization. You gain all of the visibility and benefits of centralized freight management with the convenience and flexibility of decentralized (branch-level) control.

To check the bids just click on the "View Bids" button on your My Shipments page. You can then review all of your bid details including carrier ratings and history, carrier notes, pickup and drop-off details, payment details, and more. 

VeriTread’s non-fundable fee is factored into your displayed bids, so the price you see is the final price you pay.  No surprises or hidden charges from VeriTread. 

You will receive the carrier’s contact information once you accept a bid.  The carrier will also receive your contact information so any final transport details can be arranged.

When reviewing bids on your VeriTread account, simply click the "Ask Question" button under their carrier notes. 

Please be sure to follow our terms of use when communicating with providers. This means that you can discuss anything related to that transport except pricing and contact information.  

Passwords can be reset through our login.  If you have forgotten your login details, please contact customer support 

Once you ask a question, the provider will receive an email notification and you'll be notified of their answer via email as well. 

Once you find a bid and transport provider that fits your needs, simply select Accept Bid. After you pay your non-refundable VeriTread fee, you will then receive an email with the transportation provider's contact information. The assigned provider will usually contact you to introduce themselves and coordinate any final details within 48 hours (2 business days) of being awarded a load, but feel free to directly reach out as well.
